Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using CruciFlow ("App"), you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. Children under 13 may not use the App without verifiable parental consent (COPPA). If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All App content is owned by or licensed to CruciFlow: Global Quest. Word data sourced from Wiktionary is used under CC BY-SA 4.0. The App's source code is not subject to this license.
4. In-App Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time, lifetime purchase processed by Google Play Billing. Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy. Use Restore Purchases in Settings after reinstallation.
5. Virtual Currency
In-game coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between users, or refunded. They may be lost upon device reset or App uninstall unless you use optional Play Games Cloud Save (section 7).
6. Advertising
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Purchasing Remove Ads eliminates interstitial ads. Rewarded video ads remain opt-in for all users.
7. Google Play Games
Sign-in to Google Play Games is optional. If you sign in:
- Your Google account is used for Cloud Save, leaderboards, and achievements under Google's terms and policies
- Cloud Save is best-effort and not guaranteed; local and cloud progress may diverge
- You may not transfer or sell your game account to another person
- Sign out anytime in App Settings; without sign-in, the App works with local progress only
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of game progress, indirect damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for IAPs in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend your license for Terms violations. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via App updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Users in the United States have rights under applicable federal and state laws (including COPPA and CCPA where applicable). EU users may benefit from local consumer protection laws and EU Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
12. Privacy and data controls
Our Privacy Policy describes data processing in detail. In the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland you may separately enable or disable Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics during onboarding (after accepting these Terms) and later in App Settings → Privacy. Advertising consent is managed separately via Google UMP on the home screen. Material changes to these Terms may require you to accept an updated version before continuing to use the app.
